Permanment Key (PK)를 분실한 경우

고객측의 부주의 ( PC 포맷 , 혹은 보관 부주의 ) 로 PK 를 분실한 경우에는 언제든지 PK 재요청을

할 수 있습니다 . ( 5일정도 소요, H/W Dongle 일 경우만 가능)

Dear Support,

I am using IAR compiler purchased from Microvision in Korea.
The compiler is EWxxx (S/N 200x-0x-0x).
Unfortunatly, I lost my Permanant Key.

I would like to receive the same PK again to use my compiler.
It is not a case generating a new PK.
It just reissue case about PK.

The compiler info is as follows.

Compiler Model : EWxxx-xx
Version : xx.xx
Dongle License Number : 1000-xxx-xxx-xxx
Dongle HostID : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
